Individual Therapy

I work with adult individuals to address varying factors such as LGBTQIA+ related concerns, women’s sexual health issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, parenting & caretaker stress, work/career concerns, creative blocks, and more. While I believe that evidence-based modalities can play an important role in therapy, I do not utilize a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. We can collaborate to identify both your strengths and goals.

Couples & Relational Work

I assist couples and people in relationships (including polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous folx) to help promote relational growth, sexual wellness, secure functioning, and more. I have trained in various relational modalities including: the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), Prepare/Enrich, the Gottman method. Additionally, I have completed the Sexual Health Certificate Program at the University of Michigan.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is a type of talk therapy that's designed to help individuals and those in relationships to address numerous factors that are impacting sexual satisfaction including: medical, psychological, personal, relational and/or interpersonal factors. I work with both individuals, couples and CNM/Polyamorous folx to develop an understanding the origins and symptoms of their sexual health concerns. I can provide you with resources and referrals to address your concerns from a multidisciplinary approach in order to promote sexual wellness.

Premarital Counseling

I offer premarital counseling to those are are either engaged or seeking to take their relationship to the next step. I utilize the Prepare/Enrich assessment and curriculum to provide customized feedback and resources for couples. In this process, I will help you to identify areas of strength and growth edges as a couple to promote relational longevity far beyond the initial honeymoon stage. Premarital counseling is offered in two prepaid package options which ensure the Prepare/Enrich curriculum is fully utilized to promote optimal growth.

EIGHT 60-MINUTE SESSIONS| $1500

I offer professional consultation for mental health professionals, including psychotherapists, counselors, social workers, and graduate student interns. I help individuals to build their private practices, discover and sharpen their niches, and connect with other mental health professionals.
